Yesterday, reports of Storm young gun Jonah Pezet's future dropped and it immediately set a number of moves into motion.
The unprecedented deal will see him join the Eels for 2026 before moving to the Broncos on a longer-term deal.
Many dominos will fall on the back of this news but none are bigger, or carry bigger hype, that Broncos rookie Coby Black.

He was sure to be in hot demand prior to this move but the fact that Pezet and Ezra Mam look to have the halves spots locked up in Brisbane for the long-term, his potential signing just became very real.

News that Luke Metcalf is going to test the open market come November 1 will surely send a shiver down the spine of Warriors fans.
On track to win the Dally M prior to his injury, Metcalf's absence was felt in a huge way.
There's no guarantee the star seven will sign away just yet but if I'm the Warriors, I'm absolutely preparing for that possibility.
Coby Black's name should be there or there-abouts regardless of what Metcalf decides to be honest.
Pairing Black with Metcalf certainly excites the rugby league fan in me. Swapping Metcalf for Black sets the Warriors up for the future.
Whether or not they can convince the youngster to shift across the Tasman is yet to be seen, but it should certainly be explored.
If he goes to the eels he’s playing 6 until Moses retires. Moses is their guy they’re not moving him even though he’d likely be happy to. Knights are another option. Conflicting reports about where all the spine fits in Smith rumoured to be signed as a 9 then Holbrook said he’s a 7 then Brown says he’s happy to play either 6 or 7.
