Three players have been sanctioned by the MRC following the final regular round of Friday night football.
Dolphins winger Jamayne Isaako was the first player charged, receiving a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact (tripping) charge for an incident involving Titans AJ Brimson.
Isaako was seen tripping Brimson in the final moments of the Dolphins' narrow 24-20 victory, with the charge carrying a $750 fine.
The winger is eligible for the three-year incident-free discount, while the fine could increase to $1000 if he elects to contest the charge and is subsequently found guilty by the panel.
Titans prop Moeaki Fotuaika was also charged in the same match, with the forward cited for Grade 1 Contrary Conduct on Dolphins forward Kurt Donoghoe.
Fotuaika was sin-binned in the closing stages of the Titans' defeat following the incident.
However, the prop faces a significantly heavier penalty due to the charge being his third or subsequent offence of the season.
Fotuaika's fine starts at $3000 but could increase to a two-match suspension if he contests the charge and is found guilty by the panel.
With the Titans' season now over, any suspension handed down at the panel would carry over into the 2027 season, meaning Fotuaika could miss the opening two matches of next year.
The only player sanctioned from the final match of the night was Sydney Roosters centre Tommy Talau.
Talau was charged with Grade 1 Dangerous Contact on Rabbitohs forward Euan Aitken during the Rabbitohs' emphatic 50-20 victory.
The centre will receive a discounted $750 fine under the NRL's three-year incident-free provision, with the penalty capable of increasing to $1000 should he contest the charge and be found guilty at the panel.
Latrell Mitchell's dominant tackle on Roosters rookie Toby Rodwell initially sparked fears of a high shot similar to Jacob Saifiti's; however, the replay showed the shot was clean and did not constitute a high shot.
Mitchell was not sanctioned for the hit and will be available for finals football.
