Penrith's Tyrone May has reportedly been charged and arrested by NSW Police following the latest sex tape scandal in the NRL.
According to Nine News, May has been charged with disseminating and filming the footage without consent.
The charges have allegedly come from two separate victims.
The NSW Police have released the following statement.
