Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter is Zero Digital Media PTY LTD (ABN 27 603 479 063) at 41 Cubitt Street Cremorne, VIC 3121.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia.
3. To enter, each entrant during the promotional period must visit @zerotackle on Instagram and complete the following entry prompts for (1) entry.
   1. Follow @zerotackle on Instagram
   2. Like the competition post
   3. Comment and tag a friend
      1. Any of the following comments will constitute an additional (1) entry
         1. Completing the day's Footy Names game and posting it to the individual's Instagram Story tagging @zerotackle - profile must be on public.
         2. Reposting the Footy Names competition tag to the individual's Instagram profile.
      2. Each eligible entrant may receive a maximum of 3 entries per day.
4. The competition will run from 14/08/2026 until 31/08/2026 at 11:59pm AEST.
5. There is one (1) prize available. The total value of the prize is $100. The prize consists of (1) Coles Group and Myer gift card.
6. The winner will be randomly selected and notified in writing via Instagram Direct Message from Zero Tackle by 11:59pm on 1/09/2026. The winner will be published on @zerotackle instagram once the prize has been claimed.
7. The Promoter will make all reasonable attempts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond within 3 business days of being contacted, the Promoter may redraw the prize and select a reserve entrant.
8. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Entries received after the close of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering this promotion, entrants release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from or relating to the promotion.
