Heading into the pointy end of the 2018 NRL Telstra Premiership season, there are still some massive players yet to decide their future in rugby league.

Zero Tackle has taken a look at the off-contract hookers for next season and decided on a top 5.

5. Kurt Baptiste - Sydney Roosters

This hooker has been playing off the interchange bench for the Roosters in 2018 and is looking to sign on with a club for 2019 and beyond.

The 27-year-old has managed nine games for the Tricolours this year after playing second string to Jake Friend, and given the Roosters already have three hookers on their books, they are reluctant to give Baptiste a contract extension.

Baptiste is a very creative hooker out of dummy half, and would be a great addition to any club, but is likely to return to the Canberra Raiders if negotiations pan out.
