It is decider day!

Tonight the Blues and Maroons will go at it in front of a sold out Accor Stadium with the 2025 Origin series on the line.

It doesn't get any better than this!

Grand final day aside, perhaps, this is the biggest arena our game has to offer.

Unfortunately not all deciders live up to the billing. We're not here to discuss those today.

Instead we are here to look at the thrillers, the biggest moments, the best deciders.

Here are the five best Origin deciders of the past 20 years.

I maintain, and will argue with anyone who says otherwise, that this was the greatest decider in Origin history.

The twists, the turns, the momentum swings, the massive crowd, the final minute of the game. This had everything.

Felise Kaufusi's 14th minute try looked to have the Maroons on the way. The Blues would respond with three straight tries giving the Blues what looked like an impossible lead to mow down.

Then Queensland did what Queensland always do. They crossed for two late tries before a 77th minute Ethan Lowe conversion looked as though it would send us to golden point extra time.

A final moment of brilliance from the Blues entire backline saw Blake Ferguson make an impossible break before James Tedesco stepped Ben Hunt to score the winner in the 79th minute.

The sight of Tedesco running toward the line with the large majority of the 80,000+ screaming their lungs out capped off the perfect Origin encounter.

It simply does not get any better than what we saw that night.

Or does it? Perhaps tonight?
