November 1 has come and gone, and over 170 players are now free agents, available to sign on with rival clubs for 2027 and beyond.
As negotiations get underway, Zero Tackle will be previewing it all by running the rule over potential destinations for a host of the top-rated off-contract players.
Today, former Broncos, now Dolphins, outside back Selwyn Cobbo.
An Origin-experienced player who can slot in at fullback, wing or centre, Cobbo would add plenty to any side if he can get back to his best, and likely wouldn't break the bank.
Will he be interested in leaving Queensland, and can he get back to that level?
They are the questions a lot of clubs must be asking, but the ones who should be making a play seem obvious.
Here is the list of potential landing spots for the Queenslander.
2. Gold Coast Titans
Maybe one of the most realistic options, it would be borderline unbelievable if Josh Hannay and his recruitment staff on the glitter strip don't have a look at Cobbo as he comes off-contract again.
The Titans, as it stands, have seven - yes seven - players signed for the 2027 season.
That means they have 23 spots to fill, and maybe another one if Tino Fa'asuamaleaui leaves. David Fifita's salary is off the books, and Beau Fermor's could be at the end of 2026, while they are yet to tie up Jayden Campbell.
They have spots open all through their backline, and while Cobbo wouldn't play fullback, stuck behind AJ Brimson and Keano Kini, there is a real chance he explores the idea of moving to the Titans simply to remain in Queensland.
He has confirmed previously he will make the move away from the Sunshine State if need be, but don't be surprised if it's a winning strategy for the Titans.
