Kevin Proctor’s Melbourne teammates have all but conceded the backrower will be lost to the Storm as he continues to weigh up an offer from the Gold Coast Titans.

Proctor, a graduate of the Coast’s famous Palm Beach Currumbin High nursery, is understood to be weighing up a three-year deal worth up to $1.6 million.

The Titans have not confirmed the offer but a well-placed source said the club continued to be in discussions with the New Zealand Test star.
