Preview

I’m surprisingly excited about a contest that could produce a stack of points, or degenerate into an NRL-style blooper reel.

The Knights had their moments last Sunday afternoon and probably should have beaten the Dragons. The Tigers were brave, but fairly comprehensively outplayed by the Titans.

Both sides are desperate to avoid the wooden spoon and are competing with each other off the field to sign players, such as Connor Watson.

Both are very proud clubs with equally as proud fans. Anyone who thinks there won’t be a little bit of feeling in this one is set to be proven wrong.

James Tedesco returns for the Tigers, giving them a massive boost. Excitement machine the ‘Ross Dog’ moves to fullback, bringing him more involvement.

Tough to pick a winner here, but Newcastle, at home, showed more fight last weekend and should take the points.

Knights by 7.
