Penrith's Sione Katoa has been hit with a grade one dangerous contact charge after he slid into Rabbitoh Dane Gagai in the 73rd minute of Friday night's clash.
Gagai had just scored a critical try for South Sydney before the incident occurred, which saw Katoa slid into the Maroon with his knees.
The incident started a push and shove, and was sent up to the bunker, although they didn't deem it to be an eight-point try.
If Katoa takes an early plea, he'll be free to face the Raiders next Saturday afternoon.

So no penalty on ground for Katoa, even after video review but now a charge and no charges for a penalized crusher tackle laid against anyone.
Why do the refs get away with mistakes week after week!
I attend footy games to watch the action, not watch dumb refs slow the game down.
