Manly prop Addin Fonua-Blake has been charged with a two-match ban following two incidents in his side's loss to the Wests Tigers on Saturday.
The 23-year old made dangerous contact with Benji Marshall and Russell Packer and can accept a one-match suspension if he pleads guilty to both charges.
Should Fonua-Blake unsuccessfully challenge the ban, he will miss the next two games.
Furthermore, Manly forward Joel Thompson has escaped with a $1350 fine for tripping Corey Thompson. If he challenges the penalty and loses, the fine will be $1800.
