The Newcastle Knights and Parramatta Eels have both released their 2018 heritage jerseys on the eve of the new season.
The Knights will wear their heritage jersey in their Round 1 game against the Manly Sea Eagles in what is expected to be close to a sellout match at McDonald Jones Stadium.
The jersey reflects the strip worn by the club in it's inaugural 1988 season and pays tribute to the 288 players who have donned the red and blue between 1988 and 2017.

The Parramatta Eels heritage jersey celebrates one of the most historic years in the club's history, 1986.
