  1. Ladder predictors are as useless as petrol pricing enquiries. Injuries..suspensions..team attitudes. Better asking the Wiggles to Wake up Jeff for an opinion. Anyone who ends up in the top 6 can win the title… Stop wasting your time with fan bias and favoritism. I fully expected my team Manly to lose by 4 points tonight. The competition is up for grabs…for whoever wants it in the top 6.

  2. Manly played well…against the competitions best. That’s what scares me. After last year under Barrett…dare to dream. Could it be? Hard to adjust to pathetic to great potential. Weird year and tunaround for the ages.
    Same team…different attitude.

  3. Edwoodwood1 in the Souths v Dragons forum you pointed out as a fact is that since 2007 Bennett trained teams have played 8 more times in semis than rooster coached teams.
Another attempt by you to manipulate statistics to favor your argument just like your constant reference to home crowd figures choosing to omit the fact that the majority of fans at rooster home games are opposition supporters as mentioned by the commentators just about every time.
More importantly, tell us what your research has uncovered as to why the roosters no longer have a grass roots juniors competition and why they are struggling with memberships, the 2 most important factors in a strong case for relocation.
Why have the roosters changed their name for the 4th time to the current title of Sydney Roosters?
I read a media article the current name change was to cater for the rooster’s widening fan base.
    What widening fan base? LOL
Sydney Roosters has also failed so as a staunch rooster man have your researching skills revealed another name change in the pipeworks?

  4. The main reason teams scrambled or attempted to change team names to Sydney back in the 90’s was to avert the NRL relocation of teams during/post Super League fiasco. I think the Sharks and Bulldogs did..or considered trying to change to Sydney Bulldogs at one time.

  5. Edwoodwoodwood1 still waiting for your research results but in the meantime any explanation why Souths are running 2nd at the moment despite not getting to play wooden spooners Bulldogs 2 times in 5 weeks to boost their for and against record?
Add to that missing 5 big guns through most of last 8 weeks.
