We lacked energy/motivation right from the beginning, but I think that just made it easier for the Knights, and doesn’t take anything away from the way they played, the pace they set etc.
I was/am still really disappointed by our effort (for the lion share of the game), but hopefully we take a leason from that.
Yes earlier in the season before it kicked off I tipped Newcastle to make the semis. They are always hard to play up in Newcastle with a good size crowd behind them. Newcastle played really well today. Its always hard backing up from a previous week when the team has clocked up a massive score.
