The Dragons will be out to move back into the top four this weekend when they travel to Canberra to face the Raiders.
St George will have to do so however without Origin star Tyson Frizell, who has not been named.
Centre Euan Aitken will also miss due to a hamstring injury, with Taane Milne replacing him, and Tariq Sims moving into the back row in place of Frizell.
The Dragons' other Origin star, Josh Dugan, has been included in the reserves, as well as former Raider Paul Vaughan.
Scott Sorensen is the only out for the Raiders, with Josh Hodgson returning at hooker and Kurt Baptiste dropping to the bench.
Canberra has lost their last four in the competition to slip down to 11th on the table, but they might just have enough for St George in this one.
