It may be the off-season for the South Sydney Rabbitohs, but that hasn't stopped their injury woes from continuing with an outside back set to miss a large part of next season.

After playing 23 matches for the Rabbitohs this year, reliable outside back Isaiah Tass is set to miss the first half of the 2026 NRL season after sustaining a serious knee injury, per News Corp.

According to the publication, the belief is that he has ruptured his ACL but it will need to be confirmed once he undergoes scans in the coming days.

The injury to Tass comes after he played in an Indigenous tournament in Queensland known as the Murri Carnival and means he will also be unavailable to play in the Koori Knockout where the likes of Josh Addo-Carr, Tallis Duncan and Jayden Campbell are expected to play.
