Following the completion of the fourth round of the 2025 NRL season, several teams will look to change up their team, while others will enter Round 5 with the exact same line-up.
Nathan Cleary (Penrith Panthers), Thomas Hazelton (Cronulla Sharks) and Nelson Asofa-Solomona (Melbourne Storm) are just a few players that are set to be available for selective heading into Round 5.
However, while some return, the likes of Brian To'o (Penrith Panthers), Tom Trbojevic (Manly Sea Eagles), Jarome Luai (Wests Tigers), Kayal Iro (Cronulla Sharks) and Alex Johnston (South Sydney Rabbitohs) have been ruled out for this week.
Brisbane Broncos vs Wests Tigers

The Broncos will be without back-rower Jordan Riki (suspension) this weekend after he was hit with a suspension by the MRC but likely didn't sustain any other injuries during the contest.
Fletcher Baker and Martin Taupau are the most apparent replacements to enter in his place.
Projected Round 5 Team: 1. Reece Walsh 2. Selwyn Cobbo 3. Kotoni Staggs 4. Gehamat Shibasaki 5. Jesse Arthars 6. Ben Hunt 7. Adam Reynolds 8. Patrick Carrigan 9. Cory Paix 10. Payne Haas 11. Jack Gosiewski 12. Martin Taupau 13. Kobe Hetherington 14. Billy Walters 15. Corey Jensen 16. Xavier Willison 17. Brendan Piakura
Two points away from moving into the top-four, the Wests Tigers could potentially be without three players for Round 5 with Jarome Luai (suspension and shoulder), Samuela Fainu (knee) and Adam Doueihi (groin) all injuring themselves against the Warriors.
Marshall confirmed that Fainu's knee injury was too early to provide an update, while Doueihi is expected to be fit for this week.
"Nothing bad. Just sort of tweaked it a bit in the warm-up and just didn't feel 100 per cent," Doueihi said on Monday.
"Just made a call with the medical staff to sit me out and fingers crossed I'll be ready this week."
With Luai to miss at least one week either due to suspension or injury, Latu Fainu will be used as coverage and will join Lachlan Galvin in the halves. Meanwhile, Zero Tackle understands that winger Jeral Skelton will be ready to go.
Projected Round 5 Team: 1. Jahream Bula 2. Sunia Turuva 3. Adam Doueihi 4. Starford To'a 5. Jeral Skelton 6. Lachlan Galvin 7. Latu Fainu 8.
