The Broncos have enjoyed an improved start to the 2021 season, but with all due respect to Kevin Walters men, they're still far from the finished product.

With major names off contract and plenty of money to spend, the Broncos are set to be a key figure in the player market.

Below are five players I believe the Broncos should target for 2022.

As with previous lists, I'm only mentioning players I can see moving. For the record I don't see Angus Crichton leaving the Roosters so he has not been included.

3. Adam Reynolds/Ash Taylor

I'm going to cheat a little here but will qualify in saying I would be chasing Reynolds first and foremost. There are reports saying Brisbane are frontrunners for his services but Reynolds could be persuaded to stay in Sydney.

That being said, Brisbane need a halfback. Thomas Dearden is headed to the Cowboys while Anthony Milford also looks set for an exit.

Prior to him re-signing for the Titans, most pundits had Taylor heading north to join Brisbane. It may happen after all, albeit many years and millions of dollars later.

Taylor is still yet to realise his incredible potential however if the Broncos build their side around him, I can see it happening under Kevin Walters. It's almost forgotten just how good Walters was in the pivot role during his playing days.

He has a brilliant kicking game and possibly looks surplus to requirements at the Titans. Worth a go for the right price.
