Preview

A new-look Melbourne Storm will host the Eels on Saturday night, with the ladder-leaders missing six players through Origin.

Billy Slater, Cameron Smith, Cameron Munster, Cooper Cronk, Will Chambers and Tim Glasby will all represent Queensland on Wednesday night, a number of youngsters replacing the veterans.

Nate Myles will make his Melbourne debut off the bench for the Storm.

With no Origin representatives or injuries to worry about, Parramatta will start unchanged against Melbourne, with Tepai Moeroa starting instead of Kenny Edwards in their only positional change.

The Storm are the best side in the competition for a reason, but not even they can win without six of their best.

Eels by 8.
