The Parramatta Eels are today pleased to announce the re-signing of back rower Kenny Edwards for a further three seasons until the end of 2019.

Edwards debuted for the Eels in 2013 and has played over 40 games in the top grade for the Blue and Gold.

โ€œAfter returning from an ACL injury, Kenny has been one of our most consistent performers in 2016 and I am pleased he has committed to the club for the long term,โ€ Head Coach Brad Arthur said.

โ€œItโ€™s a great outcome that more and more of our players are committing long term to the Club and I am sure our supporters will see the benefits of this in 2017 and beyond."

โ€œI am happy that we have been able to get this done. I am thankful that the Club has stuck by me and given me another three years,โ€ Kenny Edwards said.

โ€œI had no hesitation in re-signing โ€“ I love the place and I want to stick around here.โ€

Edwards re-signing comes after yesterdayโ€™s re-signing of Danny Wicks and the securing of Brad Arthur and Corey Norman for a further three seasons each until the end of the 2019 season.
