The Dragons are set to swing the axe at the selection table ahead of Tuesday night's teams.
St George Illawarra are currently sitting 12th on the ladder after being humiliated by Newcastle on Sunday in a 45-12 drubbing.
And Dragons coach Paul McGregor has conceded that change is on the horizon.
“We’ve got to have a real good look at why,” McGregor told the Daily Telegraph.
“We can use the experience missing on the sidelines. We can use the learning that we’re getting at the moment.
“But the same people are making the same errors and poor reads on a weekly basis.
“So it might be time for change.”
In other selection news, Eels winger Maika Sivo looks set to return for his side's clash with Penrith after serving his suspension, with George Jennings likely making way.
Panthers veteran James Maloney is set to miss for his hit on Warrior Kodi Nikorima.
Manly skipper Daly Cherry-Evans appears set to return from an ankle injury to face the Titans, who could be boosted by Shannon Boyd (concussion) and Michael Gordon (leg).
