Parramatta's Nathan Brown has copped a two-match suspension for his shoulder charge on Canterbury's Dallin Watene-Zelezniak in Thursday night's clash.

Brown was charged with a grade-two shoulder charge with an early plea, which would rule him out for the Eels' final two regular season games against the Broncos and Sea Eagles.

The incident occurred in the 48th minute of the Bankwest Stadium clash, with Brown getting sin binned by referee Grant Atkins for “a shoulder charge with considerable force.”

Eels coach Brad Arthur said post-match: “I haven’t had a real close look at it, but I thought his arm was away from his body."
