2nd - Melbourne Storm, 44pts

While the Storm will fall just short of top spot, as it stands they have a position in the top two all but assured, and should have quite a strong run heading into the finals.

An away trip to Canberra provides a real threat to the Storm's chances of going unbeaten between now and the end of the season, but even if they lose that game, the Storm should have no problems in rewarding themselves for a fantastic season with a home qualifying final.
