The Melbourne Storm continues to retain an impressive playing list, with hardworking forward Bryan Norrie and young gun Ben Hampton the latest players to commit to the club.
Norrie has taken up the option in his contract for 2013, while Hampton has signed a two year extension.
Melbourne Storm GM Football Operations, Frank Ponissi, confirmed the re-signings of Norrie and Hampton.
“Retention has been a focus for the club and we are pleased to add Bryan and Ben to the list of our recent key re-signings,” Ponissi said.
“Noz brings great value to the club off the field just as he does with his playing ability, which was an important part of why we wanted to retain him.
“Equally important, Ben has been earmarked as a future NRL player and his re-signing allows us to boost our stocks in the halves. The next two years allows the club to continue to develop him into a first grade player,” Ponissi said.
