Dan Sarginson has reaffirmed his commitment to the Wigan Warriors – but admitted he would love a crack at the NRL down the track.
His starring display against the Kangaroos on Test debut last weekend did not go unnoticed by watching club officials.
The 21-year-old has been targeted by Australian clubs in the past. He admits he would be tempted by a switch later in his career but has no plans to abandon Wigan.
He said: “I have had a few offers the last couple of years to go to the NRL but for the time being and with most of my close family in England, I can’t see myself moving for a while.
“You want to come out and challenge yourself against the best but I am at Wigan at the moment.” He has another season on his Warriors deal, with a year option.
