The latest from the rugby league rumour mill is that injured Parramatta Eels centre Joel Reddy has signed on with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs for 2012.
The 25 year old Reddy is off contract at the end of the season. It was reported earlier in the year that the Eels hadn’t put an offer to Reddy as they were waiting to see how he recovered from a shoulder reconstruction.
After only playing 6 games, Reddy suffered a season ending injury in Round 10 and failed to further press his claim for re-signing with the Eels. Reddy would be a good depth signing for the Bulldogs to cover the loss of Jamal Idris who is off to the Gold Coast Titans next year.
Reddy is brother in law to Bulldogs winger Bryson Goodwin.
UPDATE: Radio station 2GB is reporting that the Bulldogs say there is no truth to the rumour that Reddy has signed with them.
