The rumour mill is churning with chatter that the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are shopping prop forward Aiden Tolman around to other clubs.
The Bulldogs have signed English import James Graham for next season and there have been suggestions that Tolman and Graham are very similar players.
With the arrival of Des Hasler in Canterbury, there is bound to be some unwanted players but its hard to believe Tolman would be one of them. His work-rate throughout the 2011 season was phenomenal. Many believed an Origin selection was a forgone conclusion only for him to be snubbed by coach Ricky Stuart.
Perhaps Hasler is trying to free up some cap space to sign Kieran Foran for 2012 and sees Tolman as expendable with the incoming Graham. Or perhaps it is just the off-season and rumours are running rampant.
This latest gossip comes hot on the heels of the another rumour suggesting that Penrith Panthers half-back Luke Walsh is seeking a release to join the Rabbitohs next season.
