Peni Tagive
Two-year deal

St George Illawarra Dragons three-quarter Peni Tagive last night finalised a two-year deal to join the Sydney Roosters from next season.

The 22 year old Tagive has been plagued by injuries throughout his career. By the time Tagive made his debut for the Roosters in round 9 of 2011, he had undergone 5 major surgeries, including 2 shoulder reconstructions.

The Fijian flyer was contracted with St George Illawarra next year but gained a release to join the Bondi club where he appears set to take over from Phil Graham.
