Wood worm.
As the Canterbury Cup team had to take four players out last week, as standbys for first grade including Liai , plus had to put in seven new players overall, with injuries to three others. It’s no real surprise.
That team is mostly made up of kids from last year’s Jersey Flegg team.
With four players borrowed from St.Marys last weekend, seven new players overall . They still managed to defeat the undefeated Mounties team , led by Sezer. Now still sit in second .
Not bad for a bunch of kids & a team changing week to week.
So actually should be proud of their efforts !
Who cares who selectors want to choose. The less chosen the better I say.
Take another look Wood Rot. Tony Satini, Christian Crichton, Kieran Moss. All Penrith Juniors. ๐
Wood Chuck..
Best halfback playing in that grade this year. Jarome Luai… Unavailable to play last weekend & this coming weekend . Due to having to be available for possible first grade selection.
Better than your Bears bought halfback Brock Lamb every day of the week. Faster, more skilful.
If you can’t see that one? You don’t know your bum from your face.
Jerome Luai is a kiwi. They should e gone with Sezer and Lamb would be stacked if they could go all out and pick whoever.
