Townsville Blackhawks centre Moses Pangai could soon be stretching his wings for the Manly Sea Eagles.

Pangai’s manager Sam Ayoub told the Townsville Bulletin on Wednesdya he had early talks with Manly officials, with the Sea Eagles reportedly interested in signing Pangai before the NRL’s June 30 transfer deadline.

Pangai, who missed the Blackhawks’ 11-10 loss to the PNG Hunters last weekend because of a hamstring injury, has enjoyed a consistent start to this year’s Intrust Super Cup, scoring five tries in the three ISC games he has played.

“They have expressed interest at this stage, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it will happen,” Ayoub said.
