during the round seven NRL match between the Wests Tigers and the Melbourne Storm at Leichhardt Oval on April 17, 2016 in Sydney, Australia.

Melbourne Storm have today announced the signing of Josh Addo-Carr for the next three years.

Addo-Carr will join the Club at the end of the current season in a deal that will see him wear the purple jersey until the end of 2019.

The 20-year-old winger has played four NRL games, scoring three tries and made his NRL debut against Storm in Round 7 of this season.

Addo-Carr will play out the remainder of the season with Wests Tigers before relocating to Melbourne to join his Storm teammates for pre-season training.

  1. Tigers wasting time worrying about there over rated halves lose a quality winger. Another stupid move from Tigers letting go another Koroibete (dynamic winger) he is like lightning

  2. This is a massive loss for the Tigers. This guy trys hard every week, has blinding speed & has all the skills needed to be a top tier winger.

  3. How did we lose Addo-Carr, probably better $$$$ at Storm, I wish Melbourne would leave our talented wingers alone lol

    • I believe you are a total idiot. Storm’s run coming to an end. How does 46-0 sound to you, zipperhead? They will rapidly become favourite to win the comp this year and you know what? They probably will too.

  4. Massive signing for us this kid will becoume one of the most exciting players in the comp he has so much talent If we sign Nikorima as well that would be sweet

    • I agree, good signing. Get an off season under Bellamy’s wing as he should be good for next year.

Watch us earn this years premiership legitimately, wont be getting it back of us, confident we could go back to back based on this team, and i’m pretty sure I forgot players. Good luck to all clubs this year though.

    • I wasn’t gonna mention that.

I wasn’t gonna mention certain predictions that the storm would end up lower on the ladder than last year because someone might get injured.

I was not gonna mention that at least until September.

And yes we are in the mix this year and coming years to win the comp with the players we are getting in and already have we are definitely in the mix

    • The Tigers offerred what they believed was a good contract however Storm put a bigger contract in the kids face. It is a shame he is leaving but Tigers hands are bound on waiting for Farah to sign that Superleague contract. (Which is apparently going to happen shortly)

  10. Surprise Surprise No charge for the Koroibete shoulder charge in the panthers game!!! Those Phlegm Bags get away with everything

    • You’ve got issues, peanut. looking forward to discussing the likelihood of back to back flags if Storm take out yet another title this year. And btw, Melbourne is not voted as world’s sporting capital and world’s most liveable city for no reason.
