Melbourne Storm has today announced the re-signing of forward duo Tim Glasby and Christian Welch.

Glasby will remain in Melbourne until at least the end of the 2018 season, while Welch has re-signed with the Club for an additional year.

“We are delighted to have re-signed both Tim and Christian, two players who are a big part of this Club moving forward,” Storm Football Director Frank Ponissi said.

“Tim has worked incredibly hard over the last few years to get to where he is and we have no doubt he will continue to improve and take his game to the next level.

  1. Welch is a good prospect waiting to see him in FG im interested in how Storm will replace the big 3… Munster is locked in as Slaters replacement.. I mentioned before Keary was linked to Storm they should release Green to sign Keary and look to get Cherrington

  2. I don’t really rate Glasby but he’s okay. Welch needs more game time, he looks like he could be a good player. They should be trying to re-sign Nelson Asofa-Solomona!
