English Super League club Bradford have confirmed the signing of Parramatta Eels prop Manase Manuokafoa on a one-year deal.
The 26-year-old Tongan international has agreed to join the Bulls from the Eels, having previously played for the South Sydney Rabbitohs and North Queensland Cowboys in the NRL.
“We are delighted to have completed the signing of Manase,” Bradford’s football manager Stuart Duffy said.
“He is a player who has been on (coach) Mick Potter’s radar for some time and Mick’s time in Australia has enabled him to meet with the player and complete the deal.
“He has played nearly 90 games in the NRL and we think he will adjust well to the British game.”
