Wade Graham has been charged for his high shot on Johnathan Thurston during last nights match between the Cronulla Sharks and North Queensland Cowboys.

The match review committee charged Graham with a grade 1 careless high tackle which would normally see the him miss no time with an early guilty plea.

Due to carry over points from previous indiscretions though, even with an early plea Graham would receive a one match suspension and miss out on his Origin debut.

Graham must now front the judiciary and fight the charge to play for the Blues in Game 2.
