Sinclair sat in silence next to the pair, before de Belin allegedly said "come have a go".

Police allege the pair joint raped the woman, before Sinclair left to shower. De Belin continued with the act, and at times put his hand on her throat, making it tough for her to breath.

  1. Serious stuff, I hope the right outcome is achieved here.
If guilty it should send a clear message to all associated with the NRL that they are NOT above the law

  2. For the police to keep adding charges like this suggests that the prosecution think they have some evidence.

I would have thought that DB has more important things to worry about than his scrap with the NRL or whether he plays Rugby League again this year or ever.

  3. Innocent until proven guilty? Don’t believe anything that you read in the paper or hear on tv, but it doesn’t look good for Jack.

  4. It’s concerning that further charges continue to be laid against both players, real worry there. Total mess for all parties involved regardless of the courts decision

  5. If proven guilty, a very grubby act indeed and send a strong message to others in the league or any sport that sports stars are not above the law or bigger than the game.
