London Broncos have signed Daniel Harrison from Manly Sea Eagles on a two-year deal from the 2015 season.

Australian born Harrison (26) whose preferred position is loose forward, played 19 times for Manly over two seasons in 2011 and 2012. He joined Parramatta Eels making seven appearances in 2013 before rejoining Manly earlier this year. While he was unable to break into the Manly first team he has regularly appeared in the club’s New South Wales cup team this season. He was also selected for the New South Wales Residents side in the curtain raiser to the third State of Origin game.

“I am really excited and looking forward to joining the Broncos for the 2015 and 2016 seasons,” said Harrison. “I have spoken to Joey Grima and he was really happy to have me at the Broncos which made me confident and excited to play under him.

“It is an exciting time to play in the UK having played in the NRL for Manly and Parramatta and I am excited to see how my game will go. It will be a good challenge for me and I am looking forward to it.”
