North Queensland Cowboys squad member Clint Amos has moved off the field and in to the front office as the NRL club’s new business development manager.
Amos worked as a business development executive with Coca-Cola before rugby league became his first priority.
He started his new full-time role this week and will work on managing the clubs corporate partnership base.
“I felt the timing was right. Life after football has to begin sometime,” Amos said.
“What better way to kick it off than to be part of the commercial team at the North Queensland Toyota Cowboys.
“I’ve had a good career in the NRL and I’m happy with what I achieved there.”
Cowboys commerical general manager Steve Mitchell said Amos would prove to be a strong asset for North Queensland’s sales and marketing team.
