One-year deal
The Wakefield Wildcats have completed the permanent signing of centre Paul Sykes on a one-year contract.
Sykes
spent the majority of last season on loan with the Wildcats from Super League rivals Bradford Bulls.
The 31-year-old amassed 155 Super League points since his arrival from Odsal and formed a terrific partnership playing off the back of scrum-half Tim Smith.
Sykes is delighted to have finalised his future and cannot wait for the start of next season after a top-eight finish in 2012.
