Eels confirm interest in Hock
The Parramatta Eels have confirmed their interest in signing Wigan Warriors’ England international second row forward Gareth Hock.
Hock,
who has won an international recall after serving a two-year drugs ban, has three years left on his contract with the DW Stadium club.
The 29-year-old’s exploits have not gone unnoticed down under and Parramatta chief executive Ken Edwards has confirmed the club’s interest in the player.
“I can confirm we are in discussions only, at this time,” Edwards told the Sydney Morning Herald.

Three years left on a contract he wants to break, two years drug ban. That’s all OK, just as long he doesn’t bite! He will fit in well at the Eels.
Your comment about graham makes me lMAO considerng todd Carney’s serious off field offences. Certain club supporters in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones and bfore you predictabily fire up about the bulldogs coffs harbour sex scandal and the recent jayne azzapardi incident don’t bother I just saved you a reply. Chuck chop
29 years old is a bit late trying to crack the NRL, might be reasonably fresh after 2 years out for liking nose candy but might be better suited going to Newcastle although he would have a great mate at Parra in Reni ‘Party Boi’ Matua!.
Every team needs mongrel i hope he fits the bill,as for reni he has proven himself on the field, lighten up,go the eels
What position does he play anyway
lol, go read the first paragraph.
Dont forget the immortal johns he had nothing to do with drugs did he,the pressure on players must be enormous, not like old days when you just talked in the pub not much media
