Three-year deals
Gold Coast Titans players Dominique Peyroux and forward Brenton Lawrence have both secured three year deals with the New Zealand Warriors and Manly Sea Eagles NRL clubs respectively and will join their new teams for the start of the 2013 pre-season campaigns.
Both Peyroux and Lawrence debuted for the Titans during the 2011 NRL season with Peyroux playing a total of 16 games for the Gold Coast while Lawrence played a total of 17 games across the two seasons.
Peyroux and Lawrence were granted a release from the Titans for 2013 enabling them to secure their futures with their new clubs for next year through to 2015.
Titans Head Coach John Cartwright said, “I am happy that both Dominique and Brenton were able to secure their futures beyond 2013 with other clubs.”

Tigers not the only ones clearing out the cupbourds. Everyone in the comp making room in their salary cap to have a bid for Thurston.
They should be loaded for the 2014 season if they dont buy anyone or resign Bird. Why dont they sell Bird (who is a gun) and buy Thurston and Tamou
I don’t think we’d have enough money for the two, it’d be awesome.
I also wish we didn’t release Lawrence, I rate him highly.
if you didn,t pay overs for taylor and idris you’d have plenty
I know I can’t believe how stupid our previous management team was. Fortunately we have a new team, so I can see why they’re offloading players.
Also I think Bird will be staying on the Gold Coast, woudn’t be surprised if he was 2014 captain.
I dont know why the Warriors resigned Jerome Ropati. He is to injury proned.
It will be a challenege for Dominique to compete with Nielson and Hurrell in the centres.
Nielson will definitely be in the starting team and i reckon they should put Ben Henry back in the forwards
I like both of these blokes to add depth to a team… Lawrence was good when fit, but injuries stuffed his 2012. Peyroux goes good in a bodyguard/Toni Carroll sort of role to protect a halfback and play a bit like a back rower. Big & strong!
Bird home to Sharks. Has already stated he wants to finish career with Gallen.
no room in 2014 for him
Simple. Vatuvei to the Forwards.
1 Locke, 2 Fishiahi, 3 Neilsen, 4 Hurrell, 5 Peyroux.
Allows you to bring Vatuvei back to wing, peyroux to center if either hurrell or Neilsen get injured, Still got Henry, Ropati, Mannering, Ikihifio as back ups for centre.
Tuimavavae (if he has re-signed), ropati, Fish as cover for Locke.
Adds some depth thats for sure.
IMO i think Peryoux is a great buy for the warriors because he is a big Centre/Second Rower/Bench Player
Vatuvei should be in the forwards pack. It’s up to the new coach to Critique his nous in this position.Gone are the days of Maloney kicking to Manu on the wing.Opposition all over that like S.W.A.T
Vatuvei has been used in the forwards numerous times to no avail. And Tuimavave is off-contract
warriorswillbeback what about tupou on the wing he is a good player
You havent been watching the same Tupou I have. Doesnt do any wrong, just doesnt set the world alight.
