Two-year extension
The Penrith Panthers are excited to announce the re-signing of halfback Blake Austin on a two year deal, taking him through to the end of the 2014 season.
Blake said “I’m very happy to have secured my place here at Penrith, especially for my young family.”
“I’m really enjoying the new vibe around the place – there’s plenty of energy.”
After starting his career as a Doonside Roos junior at age four, Blake said “I want to remain a one club man – Penrith is my home and that’s where I want to stay.”
Blake’s immediate goal is to hold down a spot this year in the top 17.

Harry is a great player too.
He will be used as a 5/8 or lock no doubt about it. He is a real talent and a great one for the panthers to lock up.

I know. Some males and I don’t mean you, are sexists pigs. It got really ugly there. I realise that I should not have reacted and that is my fault. There was support for me by other guys yourself included but the roosters “supporters” were over the top.
