Anthony Minichiello has earned another contract extension at the Sydney Roosters, but it will cost him the No. 1 jersey next season.

The Daily Telegraph can reveal Roosters officials have agreed to offer their legendary skipper a final one-year extension, his fifth in as many years.
Formal negotiations are yet to start, but Minichiello has already been informed they will only proceed if he's content to finish his career on the wing to accommodate excitement machine Roger Tuivasa-Sheck at fullback next season.
It's understood Minichiello is satisfied with that arrangement, given Tuivasa-Sheck's emergence as one of the most best young prospects in the NRL.
