Super League club Leeds Rhinos have confirmed their interest in off-contract Dragons hooker Mitch Rein.

According to Sky Sports, the Rhinos are keen on the Dragons number 9.

With Beau Falloon a free agent at the end of 2016, Leeds are looking to boost their pack. The Rhinos have also been linked to out of favour hookers Robbie Farah and James Segeyaro.

The Dragons are believed to be after Segeyaro, which would then see Rein depart the club.

Farah's preference is in to stay in the NRL and remain in contention for NSW in State of Origin.
